Yes. DuetWallet is built for two. After you sign up, you'll send your partner an invite — they create their own account and the two of you are paired into a shared household.

Absolutely. DuetWallet uses three envelopes: Ours (shared expenses), Yours (your personal spending), and Theirs (your partner's personal spending). Personal envelopes stay private to each partner.

No. We don't sell, share, or rent your data to anyone — ever. We do use Aptabase, an EU-hosted analytics tool, to count anonymous events (which features get used, where people drop in onboarding) — but it never sees your name, email, transaction descriptions, or exact amounts. No advertising, no fingerprinting, no cross-app tracking.

Your transactions live in a local SQLite database on each phone, encrypted at rest. We sync between you and your partner through our secure backend over HTTPS. You can export everything to CSV or PDF anytime.

You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your data stays on your phone; you can keep using DuetWallet in read-only mode and export anytime.
